Project title: Evaluation of prospects and constraints to sustainable cocoyam (Colocasia esculenta) production in Lake Victoria crescent
Description: With funding from the Lake Victoria Research Inititaive this project is the first deliberate effort to develop strategies for the sustainable cultivation and utilization of cocoyam in sub Sahara Africa. Currently we are undertaking the second phase of the study.
