It is increasingly believed that direct contact between African and European private companies will lead to development. In order to provide a good basis for this collaboration, it is important to understand the possibilities and limitations for African producers to be valuable partners for their European counterparts. The seminar invited experts from Denmark and Africa to discuss the rules of international trade and their consequences for African producers' access to European markets.
