Thematic focus
Higher Education and Research (HE&R) is a theme of increasing interest among donors and governments in developing countries. It is one of the focal points among the recommandations of the Danish Africa Commission, and all Danish universities are currently in the process of developing new frameworks for strategic North-South collaboration.
