2010 (2nd) Bolivian Conference on Development Economics (BCDE 2010) Time and venue: November 18-19. La Paz, Bolivia The Second Bolivian Conference on Development Economics (BCDE 2010) was held in La Paz, Bolivia, during November 18-19, 2010, with 74 attendees and 55 presenters. The goal of the conference was to bring together local and international scholars for the exchange of ideas and discussion of recent results within theoretical and applied development economics research. The aim of the event was also to contribute to a more effective discussion about development and development strategies in practice.
