Narrative and financial reporting guidelines

Danish members must submit an electronic invoice (elektronisk faktura) for the eligible expenses incurred, please refer to NemHandel Fakturablanket or Post Data Scanning.
The EAN number is 5798000422414. A financial report, a narrative report, and an appetizer for the DDRN website must be sent to the DDRN secretariat no later than two weeks after the completion of the activity.

The appetizer for the DDRN website should be approximately 5-20 lines. Appetizerss from previous events and activities are available here.

The narrative report must include:

• Details of the activity e.g. title, venue, date
• Objectives
• Key issues from presentations
• Summary of conclusions
• Issues to be followed-up on
• Programme 
• List of participants

The financial report must include:

• An account statement
• A receipt table based on the funded budget lines, including exchange rate information for expenses incurred in other currencies than Danish Kroner (DKK)
• Original receipts (unless the activity is hosted by a Danish institution)

Only expenses documented with receipts will be reimbursed.

Support to international keynote speakers in relation to workshops/conferences can include travel, accommodation, local transport, honorarium and per diem according to university standards. Honorariums for organizers, Danish researchers, and other presenters are not eligble for DDRN support.

Air tickets may not cost more than the price of economy class tickets; and lodging costs may not exceed the price of a standard tourist class hotel.

Members with a Danish bank account and non-Danish partner institutions may apply for advance payments. Other members are encouraged to discuss pre-payment possibilities with network partners/institutions.
