Narrative and financial reporting guidelinesDanish members must submit an electronic invoice (elektronisk faktura) for the eligible expenses incurred, please refer to NemHandel Fakturablanket or Post Data Scanning. Only expenses documented with receipts will be reimbursed. Support to international keynote speakers in relation to workshops/conferences can include travel, accommodation, local transport, honorarium and per diem according to university standards. Honorariums for organizers, Danish researchers, and other presenters are not eligble for DDRN support. Air tickets may not cost more than the price of economy class tickets; and lodging costs may not exceed the price of a standard tourist class hotel. Members with a Danish bank account and non-Danish partner institutions may apply for advance payments. Other members are encouraged to discuss pre-payment possibilities with network partners/institutions. |
